Payment policy
NEC Financial Services is the billing party. If you have any billing questions, please contact NEC at (888) 632-7003.
NEC accepts the following forms of payment:
- American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, Master Card, and Visa
- Direct Debit ACH
Payments are automatically drafted on the billing date of each month.
Invoicing may be available to government agencies and municipalities. If you believe you qualify, please contact us prior to signing the NEC MSA (Master Service Agreement).
