NC residents must provide Tax Exempt Certificate or pay current state sales tax to their final order price.

Shipping policy
- Orders ship on the day of purchase (on orders placed before 4:30PM EST) or within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, after payment is received and cleared.
- Shipping upgrades are available for additional fees.
- We ship to the following locations: Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
- For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, please call (984) 201-2000.
30-Day advance replacement policy
- 30-Day advance replacement on defective parts from your purchase date.
- Your credit card will be charged for all replacement parts not returned within 30-days, no exceptions.
- Free UPS ground shipping to you unless you've paid for upgraded shipping at time of purchase (applies to Continental USA only)
- Free UPS ground return shipping (return UPS tag label will be in with the new replacement part) (applies to Continental USA only)
- Customer is responsible for any shipping upgrade costs over policy described above
- All claims for any shipping damage is the customer's responsibility
- Cordless phones Advance Replacement includes only out-of-box failure on their batteries
Return policy
- Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy Covers you for 14-days from your purchase.
- If you're unhappy with your new Phone System, our service, or for any reason, we will take it back, no questions asked.
- All we ask is that all products are returned in new condition, in the original packaging, boxes, with all literature, manuals, CD's, hardware, mounting brackets, cables, and accessories.
- All returns Not as Described Above will be assessed and return fees will be determined on the condition of damage or for missing parts (Minimum 15% Restock Fee).
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and ship costs.
- Shipping insurance must be purchased to cover the invoice value.
- All claims for any shipping damage is the customers responsibility.
- All license purchases are final, and are non-refundable.
NEC cordless phone return policy
- Cordless batteries are not covered under warranty.
- No returns of any kind after 3-days.
- Advanced replacement is for 30 days only
- My Tel Pros & NEC will only accept returns on one (1) opened cordless phone per invoice, and no returns of any unopened cordless phone after 30-days.
- If you purchase more than one (1) cordless phone on a single invoice, we advise that you open and try only one (1) phone to make sure it works to your requirements and environment.
