The Grandstream GXB20 is a multi-key console (expansion module) for Grandstream’s GRP IP phone line.
It features a 4.3" (272x480) LCD display, supporting up to 40 contacts per module, and is expandable to 160 contacts with four modules.
The GXB20 offers advanced call features like BLF, call park/pick-up, speed-dial, presence, intercom, voice conferencing, transfer/forward, and more. It's perfect for businesses and receptionists handling high call volumes, ensuring efficient call monitoring and dispatching for maximum productivity.
