- (1) Basic Contact Center Feature License
- (1) Contact Center Monitor License
Requirements
PC Requirements
SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 or higher software and UC Services 5.1 or higher software must be installed on a dedicated PC or server, as well as on any client PC that will be monitoring and running reports.
SL2100 Requirements
- The SL2100 must be running system software 1.04.05 or higher
- The SL2100 system must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752)
Max Limit
Max (15) additional Monitor licenses (BE116766) can be added
